1 – Trump legal team celebrates after Michigan judge allows probe of Dominion voting machines
Fox News reports: A Michigan judge is allowing a forensic investigation of 22 Dominion vote tabulation machines in rural Antrim County amid claims that votes there were compromised.
Trump campaign attorneys celebrated the decision although the case is not related to the presidential contest.
“Our team is going to be able to go in this morning at about 8:30 and will be there for about eight hours to conduct that forensic examination and we’ll have the results in about 48 hours, and that’ll tell us a lot about these machines,” attorney Jenna Ellis said on “Fox & Friends” Sunday morning.
Antrim County spokesperson Jeremy Scott said forensic images will be taken from county precinct tabulators used in the Nov. 3 election. according to the Detroit Free Press. Fox News asked Scott what role the Trump campaign legal team has in the process, but he did not immediately respond.
DML: I’ll be discussing this on my podcast this morning.
2 – Trump plans to outshine Biden on Inauguration Day with opposing rally
Axios reports: President Trump is considering a made-for-TV grand finale: a White House departure on Marine One and final Air Force One flight to Florida for a political rally opposite Joe Biden’s inauguration, sources familiar with the discussions tell Axios.
- The Trump talk could create a split-screen moment: the outgoing president addressing a roaring crowd in an airport hangar while the incoming leader is sworn in before a socially distanced audience outside the Capitol.
- Immediately announcing he is running for re-election in 2024 would set up four years of Trump playing Biden’s critic-in-chief.
- The visual also would embody the vast difference in the two leaders’ approaches to the pandemic.
- And flying off from the South Lawn before landing in Florida would let Trump escape protests, the normal pleasantries of welcoming the incoming president to the White House — and sitting there while Biden takes the oath of office.
Axios also reports that Biden is planning to skip the traditional inaugural balls and parades because of the coronavirus, and will “celebrate with close family and advisers” instead.
At the rally in Georgia on Saturday, President Trump said, “We will not bend, we will not break, we will not yield, we will never give in, we will never give up, and we will never back down. We will never, ever surrender.”
DML: Trump should NOT go to the inauguration.
2 – Trump warns Georgia voters, ‘If you don’t vote, the socialists and the communists win’
President Trump urged his supporters to vote for Republican Sens. Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue to prevent the “socialists” and “communists” from gaining control of the U.S. Senate.
“There’s never been a case where a state has had this prominence on Senate races. Never together, and this is something that’s very important and you have to get out and you have to vote,” Trump said at a rally in Valdosta, Ga., on Saturday. “If you don’t vote, the socialists and the communists win.”
“Very simply, you will decide whether your children will grow up in a socialist country or free country. Socialism is just the beginning for these people. They want to go into a communistic form of government,” he said.

4 – Soros foundation president resigns in suspected anticipation of joining Biden administration
Washington Examiner reports: George Soros’s Open Society Foundations President Patrick Gaspard is resigning from his position to reportedly pave the way for a potential job in the Biden administration.
“Fundamental social change doesn’t customarily occur in a revolutionary moment. Instead, what is needed is the partnership of activists, government, and the nonprofit sector, collaborating over time and space in unity and solidarity,” Gaspard said in a statement. “This is what I worked to do at Open Society. My commitment now will be to re-enter the world of politics and ideas, where I can continue the struggle against oppression everywhere.”
Gaspard previously served in the Obama administration between 2013 and 2016 as the U.S. ambassador to South Africa. He has also served as the director of the White House Office of Political Affairs.
He then worked on the Soros founded board for three years before the announcement that he is stepping down at the end of the year.
DML: I’ll be talking about this on my podcast this morning. Don’t miss it!
5 – SGO Chairman Appointed to Lead Open Society Foundations Amid Allegations Against Their Smartmatic Voting System
The Epoch Times reports: George Soros announced that British Lord Mark Malloch-Brown the chairman of SGO Corporation, the holding company that owns Smartmatic, will lead Open Society Foundations.
“I applaud Patrick Gaspard’s leadership of the Open Society Foundations in a world beset by illiberalism. Mark Malloch-Brown will be Open Society’s new president. He is deeply familiar with its work and shares my vision of philanthropy,” Soros, the philanthropic organization’s founder and chair, said in a statement Friday on Twitter.
Malloch-Brown is the chairman of SGO, an investor group whose leading business owns Smartmatic election systems. Its relationship with Dominion Voting Systems is drawing attention and scrutiny as numerous voter fraud allegations against Dominion Voting Systems grow in the wake of the 2020 U.S. Election.
In a statement on Friday, SGO said that Malloch-Brown “has been instrumental in the growth and development” of Smartmatic, among other companies. He is stepping down as chairman of SGO on Dec. 31.
DML: Anyone still saying Soros not connected to all this?
6 – Firm co-owned by Ilhan Omar’s husband received $500G in COVID-19 bailout on top of millions from her campaign

Public records how that E Street Group, co-owned by Omar’s husband, Tim Mynett, received nearly $135,000 in Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans and $500,000 in Economic Injury Disaster loans.

DML: How many families could this money have helped?

Fox News reports: San Diego Unified School District is reportedly offering professional development for teachers to undergo “white privilege” training in which they must accept that their supposed unconscious bias is perpetuating racial superstructures.
The training documents, obtained by independent journalist Christopher F. Rufo, show training sessions with instructors notifying faculty members they will experience “guilty, anger, apathy [and] closed-mindedness.”
- The teachers undergoing the training must acknowledge that they are living on land – i.e., the United States – that was stolen from Native Americans.
- Teachers are required to watch clips of Robin DiAngelo, author of the book, “White Fragility,” and Ibram X. Kendi, author of the book “How to be an Antiracist.”
- The teachers are told they are racist and “upholding racist ideas, structures, and policies” and must commit to becoming “antiracist” in the classroom.”
- Trainers say that “white people in America hold most of the [power]” and white teachers are “preserved at every level of power.”
- The training instructs teachers to vow to “confront and examine [their] white privilege,” “acknowledge when [they] feel white fragility,” and “teach others to see their privilege.”
DML: This has me so outraged, I don’t know where to start… but I’m going to discuss it this morning on my podcast!
