DML Morning Briefing Wed. Jan. 6: Fighting for America.
By Team DML
Today is January 6 and I am Dennis Michael Lynch.
1 – Trump renews pressure on Pence, says if VP ‘comes through’ and decertifies, he will ‘win the presidency’
Fox News reports: President Trump early Wednesday put the pressure on Vice President Pence, saying that if he “comes through for us” and decertifies the Electoral College, he will “win the presidency.”
“If Vice President @Mike_Pence comes through for us, we will win the Presidency,” Trump tweeted. “Many States want to decertify the mistake they made in certifying incorrect & even fraudulent numbers in a process NOT approved by their State Legislatures (which it must be). Mike can send it back!”
Trump’s tweet put renewed pressure on the vice president who will preside over Wednesday’s joint session of Congress to certify the results of the 2020 presidential election.
Trump, on Tuesday night, said that he and Pence “are in total agreement that the Vice President has the power to act.”
DML: Trump’s last card is Pence, and Pence will fold.
2 – Warnock projected to defeat Loeffler in Georgia runoff, Ossoff-Perdue race too close to call
Democrat Raphael Warnock is projected to defeat Sen. Kelly Loeffler, R-Ga., in one of the two crucial Senate runoffs in Georgia, according to Fox News’ Decision Desk early Wednesday.
Warnock addressed his supporters shortly after the polls closed and declared victory, and has already changed his Twitter profile to “Senator-Elect Reverend Raphael Warnock.”
Loeffler has so far not conceded. Warnock will be up for reelection in 2022 because the race was a special election.
The focus now shifts to the second race between Sen. David Perdue and Democrat Jon Ossoff. The candidates were locked in a tight race and it was too early to call a winner. Under Georgia law, a trailing candidate may request a recount when the margin of an election is less than or equal to 0.5 percentage points.
If Ossoff wins, Democrats will have complete control of Congress, strengthening President-elect Joe Biden’s standing as he prepares to take office on Jan. 20.
DML: The reports say it is too close to call, but I’ll go along the edge here and tell you we have lost the Senate. We have lost the USA.
3 – Eric Trump warns of primary challenges for Republicans who don’t object to election results
The Hill reports: Eric Trump warned Tuesday that he will boost primary challengers for every Republican lawmaker who does not object to the Electoral College results Wednesday.
“I will personally work to defeat every single Republican Senator / Congressman who doesn’t stand up against this fraud – they will be primaried in their next election and they will lose,” Trump tweeted.
The threat underscores the divide that has torn through the GOP over Wednesday’s joint session of Congress, during which both chambers are expected to certify the Electoral College’s 306-232 margin for President-elect Joe Biden.
Bipartisan majorities in the House and the Senate have said they will certify the results, but as many as 140 House Republicans and at least 13 Senate Republicans have said they will object to the results in Arizona, Georgia or Pennsylvania.
DML: Best tweet he’s ever made, but it’s useless today. The Trump campaign did virtually nothing to protect themselves from this voter fraud fiasco. They’re playing catch-up and it’s too late.
4 – Trump supporters, DC police clash on eve of election certification vote; at least 6 arrests
Fox News reports: Hundreds of supporters of President Trump descended on Washington, D.C., on Tuesday, planning to protest Wednesday’s expected congressional certification of Democrat Joe Biden’s victory in the Nov. 3 presidential election.
As of late Tuesday, police had already arrested at least six people for a variety of offenses, including weapons and ammunition possession, possessing a stun gun and assaulting a police officer, authorities said.
Many of the protesters gathered in Freedom Plaza, east of the White House, to cheer on Trump’s claims of election fraud, a day before the congressional vote on the election results. Hundreds remained in the plaza into the night amid cold temperatures and as rain swept into the area.
A massive clash broke out after police blocked access and refused to allow Trump supporters and Proud Boys into the BLM Plaza area.
“You lost both sides of support. We had your f***ing back, but we ain’t got your back no more!” Trump supporters yell at police after they block access to BLM Plaza and make arrests of some of the group tonight.
Trump Will Deliver A Speech To Supporters In Washington, DC On Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. ET.
President Donald Trump confirmed Tuesday evening that he will deliver an address Wednesday to his thousands of supporters gathered in Washington, D.C.
“I will be speaking at the SAVE AMERICA RALLY tomorrow on the Ellipse at 11AM Eastern,” Trump tweeted. “Arrive early — doors open at 7AM Eastern. BIG CROWDS!”
The line for the rally started forming at 10:30 the night before, and huge crowds were seen gathered in Wednesday morning. ABC7 reporter Victoria Sanchez posted a moving photo, along with several other photos and videos.
DML: I hate political violence, it silences the voices that need to be heard. But at this point nobody is listening to conservatives or people with common sense. So do not be shocked if Trump supporters go to the brink and begin taking pages from the Black Lives Matter protestor playbook.
5 – Over 4,700 of Georgia’s Absentee Votes in November 2020 Election Tied to Non-Residential Addresses
Judicial Watch reported Tuesday: Judicial Watch announced today that Georgia voter data shows over 4,700 absentee voters in the presidential election listed non-residential addresses as their places of residence. Georgia law requires citizens registering to vote to reside “in that place in which such person’s habitation is fixed …” Judicial Watch yesterday shared its data with the Georgia Secretary of State and requested an investigation.
In total, 9,989 Georgia voters seem to be registered at non-residential addresses: 1,882 at commercial addresses, 1,336 registered at county and state governmental buildings, and 6,735 at either hotels or motels.
Additionally, 215 new registrations (between November 4-December 14) for today’s special election are linked to non-residential addresses.
Project Veritas releases undercover video of organization admitting massive voter fraud in Georgia
Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe released a new undercover video on Monday. In the video, ATL Central Outreach and Advocacy Center Executive Director Kim Parker admits her organization routinely registers the homeless to vote all at the same address they don’t actually reside at.
“So the majority of the people we serve don’t have an address, so we allow them to use our address if they register to vote and get Georgia state ID,” Parker says.
“I can’t even begin to tell you how many people have that address on their ID,” Parker admits, adding that “we’ve never run into any problem with that until this election.”
DML: Voter fraud. Gov Kemp did nothing about it. His political career is over, but then again so is the life we’ve enjoyed in the USA. Keep in mind this was all enabled by the greatest scam every played on the American people…. COVID-19. The flu was masqueraded as a deadly virus that would wipe out the population without a mask, social distancing, and a mail-in ballot.
6 – Judicial Watch Uncovers Documents Behind $1 Billion Mask Deal Between California and Chinese Communist Party Linked Company
Judicial Watch announced on Tuesday that it received 848 pages of documents revealing the contract materials and communications related to a $1 billion contract for face masks between the California Office of Emergency Services and the Chinese Communist Party linked BYD.
BYD reportedly has been barred by law from some federal contracts for providing faulty electric vehicles and lithium batteries to American buyers.
The documents reveal that the Office of Emergency Services Assistant Chief Counsel admits that they deviated from their normal procurement process for this contract. Additionally, in the contract between Office of Emergency Services and BYD, BYD uses a different name, Global Healthcare Product Solutions, LLC., and BYD provides no liability or warranty for the masks if they are faulty.
The records were produced in response to a Judicial Watch California Public Records request sent to the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services for all records and communications related to the state’s contract for masks with BYD.
The records include an April 7, 2020, email from the Office of Emergency Services Assistant Chief Counsel Jennifer Bollinger to Oscar Su, Senior Director of BYD America, in which Bollinger states, “Our normal procurement process has been deviated from given the exigency of the situation.”
In an April 6, 2020, email Stella Lu, the president of BYD Motors (the guarantor of the masks) tells Mark Ghilarducci, the director of the Office of Emergency Services that they should, “open champagne tomorrow morning at our conference call,” where they will finalize the purchase by California of $1 billion worth of BYD masks.
On April 7, John Zhuang, counsel for BYD and BYD’s lead negotiator, sent the finalized contracts to Bollinger, who led the negotiations for the Office of Emergency Services. Bollinger replied, “This is very exciting!!! We will circle back today with the signature as soon as we can.”
DML: I am ready to blow my lid. Are you?
